When goods need attention

If something is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, explain what arrived and what was expected. Photos of the item, packaging and label help where available. Keep parcel materials while we investigate and explain the appropriate remedy.

Before requesting a change

Ask promptly for an address correction or cancellation. We must check fulfillment status before confirming what can be changed. We do not promise a fixed number of cancellation hours.

Before mailing a return
